Job summary

Nokia in Warsaw is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver 24x7 care for complex network products. You will work with a diverse technical team, diagnosing issues across remote and on-site settings and ensuring SLAs are met.

You will help maintain strong customer relationships, contribute to knowledge articles, and stay current with Nokia’s evolving product portfolio to support operations and team development.

Qualifications

Bachelor or higher in Engineering related to telecom, IT, or CS.
Fluent English for communication and presentations.
Knowledge of Mobile/ IP networks and Linux OS.
Experience with telecom product lifecycle and care operations.
Understanding of mobile core protocols and call flows.

Responsibilities

Provide 24x7 customer support for complex network products and solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while maintaining confidentiality and service quality.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues efficiently.
Build and maintain relationships through effective case management and follow-ups.
Create knowledge management articles and improve support processes.
