Project information:

• Location: Lublin / Katowice - hybrid work model
• Working hours: Mon-Sat 7-22 (8-hour shifts)
• Languages: English and French
• Type of employment: long-term contract of employment

Responsibilities:

• End User support
• Issue handling and escalation
• Provide IT service
• Installation, configuration, and setup of IT systems
