Arkscale Ventures backs operators to build and run a line of business with its brand, systems and back office, an automation business for agencies and service firms.

We offer full-time, remote roles with pay set at USD 1,000 per month fixed from day one, plus 15% of the profit of the business you run, paid monthly from the first profitable month. You think like an owner and have built production automations for paying clients.

• Built production automations for paying clients with webhooks, API authentication, error handling and reconciliation.

• Which decisions were yours and which were the client's?
• Have you built a client base or team from zero? Numbers, period, outcome, and any failure.
• If you launched an automation agency tomorrow, which three companies would you approach first and why those three?
• City, time zone, hours available, and earliest start.

Job Description: Arkscale Ventures backs operators to build and run a line of business with its brand, systems and back office. This is an automation business for agencies and service firms: repair or build bounded workflows (invoicing, onboarding, CRM handoffs), document them, then maintain them on a monthly retainer.

Pay: USD 1,000 per month fixed from day one, plus 15% of the profit of the business you run, paid monthly from the first profitable month. Full-time, remote.

Job Specification: n8n, Make, Zapier, workflow automation, APIs, webhooks, error handling, reconciliation, client acquisition.

You have built production automations for paying clients with webhooks, API authentication, error handling and reconciliation, not only templates. You have sold work to a client yourself. You think like an owner.
