Job summary

Nord Assist is seeking a developer to design and build automated workflows that remove manual work from client operations, connecting CRMs, AI tools, and third-party apps.

You will automate lead capture, qualification, and customer support with tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n, and document the automation logic for easy handoff to clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience building automations (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar).
• Practical experience working with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).
• Strong understanding of triggers, conditional logic, and webhooks.
• Experience connecting CRMs and marketing tools via APIs or native integrations.
• Logical, process-driven thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with remote teams.
• Ability to document workflows clearly for non-technical clients.

Responsibilities

About the Role

You will design and build automated workflows that remove manual work from client operations — connecting CRMs, AI tools, and third-party apps into systems that run on their own. Your mission is to turn repetitive processes into reliable automations and to bring AI into workflows wherever it saves time or improves results.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using Zapier, Make, or n8n
• Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) into client workflows and chatbots
• Connect CRMs, forms, calendars, and third-party apps into unified systems
• Build and train AI chatbots for lead qualification and customer support
• Automate email, SMS, and follow-up sequences using triggers and conditions
• Troubleshoot broken automations and fix workflow errors quickly
• Document automation logic so workflows are easy to maintain and hand off

You Will Succeed If You Have
