Job summary

Haleon is seeking a driven Warehouse Operator to ensure smooth, efficient movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods within a warehouse, overseeing SAP ERP processes and maintaining accurate inventory records.

The role requires 1–2 years in warehouse operations, knowledge of inventory management, and proficiency with MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus. The position supports a hybrid working model with on-site warehouse responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
• 1–2 years in Warehouse Operations/Industrial experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse practices & inventory management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• SAP knowledge will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, wrap, stage, and dispatch warehouse stock and finished goods.
• Ensure proper labelling, packing lists, and complete dispatch documentation.
• Assist in loading activities and support timely stock movement to meet monthly KPIs.
• Conduct daily inventory verification and support quarterly stock count KPIs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions in SAP/ERP systems.
• Ensure accurate reporting and record-keeping of warehouse activities.
• Safely operate material handling equipment including forklifts, stackers, trolleys, and mobile ramps.
