  • Compliance, Quality & Safety: follow GMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines; report damages or hazards.
  • Coordination & Continuous Support: collaborate with production, logistics, and supervisors; communicate issues timely.

About the role:

We’re seeking a driven Warehouse Operator to ensure smooth, efficient, and organized movement of Raw, packaging, and Finished Goods within a warehouse or external warehouse by overseeing the processes of receiving in ERP (SAP), storing, and direct dispatching of warehouse stocks with proper documentation. This role also involves maintaining accurate inventory records by performing the daily inventory verification process, sorting, and storage the stocks in a safe, clean, and orderly working environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Operations & Stock Handling Receive, store, wrap, stage, and dispatch warehouse stock and finished goods. Ensure proper labelling, packing lists, and complete dispatch documentation. Assist in loading activities and support timely stock movement to meet monthly KPIs.
  • Inventory Management & ERP Accuracy Conduct daily inventory verification and support quarterly stock count KPIs. Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions in SAP/ERP systems. Ensure accurate reporting and record-keeping of warehouse activities.
  • Equipment Operation & Material Movement Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, stackers, trolleys, and mobile ramps. Use appropriate equipment for stock movement, loading, unloading, and storage activities.
  • Compliance, Quality & Safety Adhere to GMP, Quality, Environment, Health & Safety policies and corporate guidelines. Follow SOPs for handling, storage, and dispatch activities. Report discrepancies, damages, and safety hazards promptly to supervisors.
  • Coordination & Continuous Support Collaborate with production, logistics, supervisors, and coworkers to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Communicate order issues and discrepancies to management in a timely manner. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support business requirements.
Your profile:
  • Minimum Bachelors graduate 1 to 2 Year in Warehouse Operations/ Industrial Experience Knowledge of Warehouse Practices & Inventory Management Proficiency with Microsoft Office SAP knowledge will be a plus
