Job summary

Haleon is seeking a driven Warehouse Operator to ensure smooth movement of Raw, packing, and Finished Goods within a warehouse, overseeing receiving in SAP, storage, and dispatching with proper documentation. You will maintain accurate inventory records and support monthly KPIs.

The role requires a minimum Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years in warehouse operations, and familiarity with inventory management; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years in warehouse operations or industrial experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse practices and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations & Stock Handling: receive, store, wrap, stage, and dispatch stock with proper labelling and dispatch documentation.
• Inventory Management & ERP Accuracy: daily inventory verification and accurate SAP/ERP records; report discrepancies.
• Equipment Operation & Material Movement: safely operate forklifts, stackers, trolleys, and ramps for stock movement.
• Compliance, Quality & Safety: follow GMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines; report damages or hazards.
• Coordination & Continuous Support: collaborate with production, logistics, and supervisors; communicate issues timely.
