Job summary

Daraz in Pakistan is seeking an experienced Warehouse/FC Manager to lead headcount, skills development, and safety within a fulfillment center in Lahore.

You will manage end-to-end order fulfillment, drive Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen initiatives to reduce lead time, boost productivity, and cut costs, while aligning with cross-functional teams and HSSE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in business with SCM preferred.
• Minimum 5 years end-to-end fulfilment ops experience in a multinational.
• Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, operations management.
• Strong proficiency with WMS and advanced Excel; basic SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage FC headcount including career development, training, security, HSSE.
• Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment: receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping; returns.
• Drive process improvements; engage staff; cross-functional collaboration.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen to reduce lead time, boost productivity, lower costs, HSSE, 7S.
• Explore efficiencies in warehouse operations.
• Meet productivity targets for each department.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
• Scope limited to a specific FC.

• Manage FC headcount – including people career development, up-to-date skills training, security, Health & Safety, inventory management, etc.
• Manage operational end-to-end order fulfillment processes of receiving, putaway, picking, packing and shipping of client orders – including returns / failed deliveries
• Manage change effectively, engaging staff in process improvement initiatives and works effectively cross-functionally.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen to achieve 3 main targets at the same time: Leadtime (shorter) - Productivity (higher) - Cost (lower), as well as HSSE, 7S.
• Explore and drive opportunities to increase efficiencies in warehouse operations.
• Meet warehouse productivity targets for each department.
• Coordination with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Scope this role is limited to a specific FC only.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education - Bachelors or Master’s Degree in a Business Discipline preferably Supply Chain Management

Relevant Experience - Minimum of 5 years of experience handling end to end fulfilment operations for a multinational organization

Knowledge - Supply chain, Logistics, Operations Management

Technical Skills or certifications - Proficient with the use of Warehouse Management Systems, Advanced Excel. Basic SQL knowledge would be an advantage
