The role emphasizes accurate stock management, end-to-end warehouse activities, safe handling, and data-driven reporting using SAP and Excel to support production planning and materials control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in Packaging Material, Warehouse, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain operations.
• Strong working expertise of SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of EHS and FSSC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Packaging Material requirements against production schedules and ensure timely availability of materials.
• Monitor and adjust material plans based on market changes, production variations, and business requirements.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory coverage, slow-moving, excess, and aging materials.
• Receive Packaging Materials as per delivery schedules
• Ensure proper storage, stacking, identification, and preservation of Packaging Materials in accordance with warehouse standards.
• Issue Packaging Materials to Production as per approved production plans and requirements.
• Maintain accurate physical and system inventory records and ensure material traceability.
• Ensure proper handling of materials to minimize damage, wastage, and operational losses.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation with SAP/system records Plant WH & 3PL WH.
• Oversee end-to-end 3PL warehouse operations, including transportation, receiving, storage, handling, issuance, and dispatch activities.
• Manage day-to-day coordination with 3PL warehouse service providers and ensure agreed service levels are maintained.
• Monitor and verify 3PL billing invoices against agreed contracts, rates, and actual services.
• Monitor 3PL performance and highlight operational gaps for timely corrective actions.
• Strengthen cross-functional collaboration with Supply Planning, Production, QA, CPD, and other relevant functions to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure Packaging Material warehouse activities comply with applicable EHS & FSSC requirements.
• Ensure safe material handling and adherence to warehouse SOPs and work instructions.
• Generate and analyze inventory, consumption, aging, availability, and stock-related reports.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards for inventory and warehouse performance monitoring.
