Job summary

Daraz in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking an experienced Fulfillment Operations Manager to lead outbound processes across shifts. You will plan resources, monitor productivity and quality to meet SLAs while staying within budget, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor degree and 2+ years in end-to-end fulfilment operations within a multinational setting, with proficiency in WMS and Advanced Excel. Candidates will guide team development and cost-saving efforts.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Education - Bachelor Degree preferably in a Business Discipline


• Relevant Experience - Minimum of 2 years of experience handling end to end fulfilment operations for a multinational organization.


• Knowledge - Supply chain, Logistics, Operations Management


• Technical Skills or certifications - Proficient with the use of Warehouse Management Systems, Advanced Excel.
