Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel, study, or immigration objectives and assess relevant application requirements.
• Explain destination-specific visa procedures, eligibility criteria, documentation, and timelines using current guidance.
• Review client documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy; identify gaps and follow up as needed.
• Assist with application forms, supporting documents, appointment coordination, and interview preparation.
• Maintain clear client records, protect confidential information, and provide timely progress updates.
• Coordinate with colleagues to manage caseloads, meet service standards, and support group travel applications.
