You will collaborate with our content and creative teams, ensuring every video meets quality, tone, and deadline requirements while refining pacing, storytelling, and platform-specific best practices across YouTube and social channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional video editing experience.
• Proven experience editing online video content, particularly for YouTube and social platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or comparable editing software.
• Solid understanding of YouTube and social video best practices, including pacing and viewer retention.
• Strong attention to detail with a creative eye for storytelling and flow.
• Reliable communication skills and the ability to follow creative direction.
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form YouTube videos from provided raw footage.
• Enhance videos with motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, B-roll, sound effects, and music as appropriate.
• Ensure videos align with Agent Advisory’s branding, tone, and storytelling style.
• Optimize pacing, cuts, and structure to maximize viewer retention and engagement.
• Implement feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects and consistently meet assigned turnaround times and deadlines.
• Organize project files and maintain a clean, efficient editing workflow.
