Job summary

Win Win Marketing & Developers is seeking an experienced Senior Video Editor to produce high-quality, engaging corporate video content. You will manage projects independently and guide junior editors, bringing strong editing, storytelling, color grading, and post-production skills to every assignment.

You'll work with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve to deliver content optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience as Senior Video Editor or Video Editor.
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating editing capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Excellent understanding of color grading, storytelling, pacing, composition, and sound design.
• Experience with corporate, promotional, and social media content.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality corporate videos, promotional content, social media reels, advertisements, interviews, podcasts, and event coverage.
• Transform raw footage into engaging and professionally structured video content.
• Perform advanced color correction and color grading to maintain a consistent visual style.
• Work proficiently with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, titles, subtitles, sound effects, and other visual elements where required.
• Ensure proper audio synchronization, sound editing, and overall video quality.
• Create content optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Understand creative briefs and convert concepts into visually compelling content.
• Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery within assigned deadlines.
• Coordinate with Creative, Marketing, Production, and Social Media teams.
• Review the work of junior editors and provide guidance to maintain quality standards.
• Take ownership of assigned projects from raw footage to final delivery.
• Ensure all content follows the company branding and quality standards.

Transform raw footage into engaging and professionally structured video content.

Perform advanced color correction and color grading to maintain a consistent visual style.

Work proficiently with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.

Add motion graphics, transitions, titles, subtitles, sound effects, and other visual elements where required.

Requirements
