Job summary

Unrivaled Agency in Miami seeks a video editor to produce and edit short-form and long-form assets for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), YouTube, display ads, and client presentations. You will collaborate with creative directors, motion designers, producers, and account teams to deliver polished videos aligned with brand strategy.

The role requires a strong editing portfolio and proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects, with DaVinci Resolve color grading a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven editing portfolio or reel with social and long-form work.
• Expertise in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects; DaVinci Resolve color grading is a plus.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual continuity for multi-platform delivery.
• Experience creating motion graphics, captions/subtitles, and broadcast/web-ready exports.
• Knowledge of codecs, aspect ratios, frame rates, and platform specs.
• Competence with audio cleanup, mixing basics, and syncing dialogue/music to picture.
• Organizational skills for media management, versioning, and delivering under tight deadlines.
• Clear communication and ability to accept and implement creative feedback from cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative directors, motion designers, producers, and account teams to interpret briefs and deliver polished videos that reflect brand strategy and campaign goals.
• Implement motion graphics, lower thirds, captions, transitions, and basic color correction to meet brand guidelines.
• Optimize final deliverables for platform-specific requirements, codecs, and file sizes while maintaining visual quality.
• Manage project files, version control, and asset libraries.
• Accept and implement creative feedback from cross-functional teams.
