Job summary

Haleon is seeking a seasoned Value Stream Lead to oversee site production activities, including quality and process improvements, and staff development. You will drive scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and regulatory compliance within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, budget delivery, and training of personnel to build a high-performing team. Hybrid/home-office options are available in our flexible work model.

Qualifications

• 10 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience delivering improvement and change initiatives using continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated delivery of production and budget plans in a highly regulated environment.
• Prior experience with training and coaching of employees will be preferred.
• Experience with project planning and execution management will be a plus.
