Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a VME Manager to lead valuation engagements, assess strategic value drivers, and deliver insights for client transactions and transformations. You will plan, execute, and review deliverables such as financial models, reports, and client discussions.

Ideally, you will have 6+ years in business valuation, strong IFRS knowledge, and experience in corporate finance. The role emphasizes collaboration across teams and development of junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business.
• At least 6 years of related business valuation work experience.
• Modelling and appraisal experience across sectors and valuations methods.
• In-depth understanding of valuation fundamentals and related accounting treatment.
• Broad understanding of IFRS standards related to fair value measurements, business combinations, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead valuation engagements and provide insights to clients on strategic priorities.
• Understand client drivers, plan and review deliverables (Excel data books, reports, presentations).
• Co-develop value-based approaches with clients and articulate conclusions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a learning culture.
