Keka is hiring an Associate Product Manager to own the US Payroll domain. You will shape features ensuring accurate, on-time payroll, taxes, deductions and benefits for US employees and contractors while advancing in a high-stakes domain.

The role suits someone early in their product career who wants to dive deep, collaborate with Engineering/Design, and deliver reliable payroll solutions with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in product management or related roles in B2B SaaS.
• Exposure to finance, fintech, payments, accounting, payroll or HR tech is a strong plus.
• CA/CPA/CFA finance degree is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own features across the US payroll run: schedules, regular and off-cycle payrolls, approvals, payroll funding and data checks.
• Define success metrics and track adoption and correctness; improve based on data.
• Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; collaborate with Engineering and Design to ship reliable features.
• Talk to US payroll admins and customers to understand workflows and priorities.
• Coordinate with CX, Implementation and Support to address escalations and root causes.
• Work with partner teams to understand APIs and data movement; track customer-impacting issues.
