Job summary

Interact Global in Lahore (Wapda Town Phase 1) is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive - Medical Billing to drive U.S. market sales and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services. You will generate leads, conduct cold outreach, prepare proposals, and close deals with U.S.

healthcare providers, coordinating with billing and operations teams for smooth onboarding. The role involves a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, paid holidays, and dedicated career growth

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Medical Billing Business Development (U.S. Market).
• Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Familiar with CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding, HIPAA, and denial management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in healthcare BPO or medical billing company preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities in the U.S. medical billing market
• Identify and acquire healthcare providers, clinics, physician groups, and medical practices
• Sell end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services
• Conduct cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and virtual sales meetings
• Prepare proposals, pricing models, and service agreements
• Negotiate contracts and close new client deals
• Maintain and update CRM, sales pipeline, and performance reports
• Coordinate with billing and operations teams for smooth onboarding
