Job summary

Connected Lines in Lahore is expanding its team to hire Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for our US Energy Campaign. This on-site night-shift role invites confident, ambitious individuals with excellent English to join a target-driven environment.

You will make outbound calls to US customers, explain energy plans, handle objections, and maintain CRM records while pursuing long-term career growth in international sales.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
• At least 6 months of international outbound sales experience preferred.
• Experience in US Energy, Telecom, Solar, or Insurance campaigns is a plus.
• Fresh candidates with excellent English and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the US electricity and natural gas markets.
• Explain energy plans, available options, and potential cost savings.
• Build rapport, handle objections, and convert qualified prospects into customers.
• Follow customer verification, enrollment, and compliance procedures.
• Maintain accurate customer records and call dispositions in the CRM system.
