Job summary

Edge is seeking an Insurance & Billing Coordinator for its Lahore/Islamabad operations. The role focuses on owning accounts receivable, Medicaid postings, denials, and prior authorizations in a busy pediatric practice.

Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating across US time zones. Experience with Dentrix and Dental Intel is preferred. US billing exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to thrive independently.
• Experience with US dental billing, Medicaid posting, and prior authorizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process Medicaid postings and resolve denials to ensure accurate patient charts.
• Handle pre-authorizations for hospital and IV sedation cases to prevent delays.
• Post EFT payments, send secondary claims, and manage patient statements and aging AR.
• Flag outstanding balances using Dental Intel and set up payment plans prior to appointments.
• Submit daily end-of-day reports tracking deposits, postings, and collections.
• Verify insurance and answer patient questions about out-of-network coverage.
