Job summary

ABS International is hiring Sales Executives for our night shift US-facing team at Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi. This outbound role engages US customers with real conversations, not cold lists or scripted pitches, and requires self-direction with strong English communication.

Base salary is monthly and depends on experience; includes PKR 3,000 attendance, uncapped commission, a daily cash reward, 15 days paid annual leave, and a provident fund. Role is on-site, Monday–Saturday, 6:00 PM–2:00 AM.

Qualifications

Fluent spoken and written English is required; you will be speaking with US customers every working day.
Experience in outbound sales, telesales, BPO, or call center operations is strongly preferred.
Ideal candidate is self-directed, commercially driven, and comfortable owning their own pipeline without supervision.
Fresh candidates with exceptional English and a proven aptitude for sales will be considered.

Responsibilities

Engage US-based customers through outbound calls and build relationships.
Manage follow-ups and work toward closing opportunities.
Interact with customers who already have a connection to the brand; no cold lists.
