Job summary

Trans Global Services in Lahore, Pakistan, is hiring an experienced Sales Closer for our US Auto Warranty Campaign. You will handle qualified leads, present plans, address objections, and close sales to meet daily and monthly targets.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in US-based telesales, excellent English, strong negotiation skills, and familiarity with CRM tools. Night shift 8:00 PM–5:00 AM; we offer an attractive commission structure and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Sales Closer.
• Experience in a US Auto Warranty campaign is highly preferred.
• Excellent English spoken and communication skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM or sales management tools is preferred.
• Willingness to work the 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM night shift.

Responsibilities

• Handle qualified leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Present US Auto Warranty plans and explain their benefits clearly.
• Build strong rapport with customers and understand their requirements.
• Handle customer objections professionally and apply effective closing techniques.
• Follow up with prospective customers when required.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
• Follow campaign procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth campaign operations.
• Continuously improve sales techniques, conversion rates, and overall performance.
