Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Unity Game Developer role based in Bahawalnagar. The Unity Game Developer will design, develop, and maintain game features using Unity and C#, turning game concepts and requirements into functional, performant gameplay. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing game mechanics, UI elements, and systems; integrating assets such as art, animations, audio, and VFX; and debugging, profiling, and optimizing code for stability and performance. The role involves collaborating closely with designers, artists, and other developers, participating in code reviews, and contributing to the overall game architecture and documentation. The developer will also adapt and extend existing codebases, ensure consistent coding standards, and support the team throughout the full game development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong Unity game development skills, including experience with C# scripting and implementing core gameplay mechanics.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming, game architecture patterns, and debugging and optimization techniques.
• Ability to work with assets (2D/3D, animations, audio) and integrate them into Unity scenes and prefabs.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams, with clear communication and documentation practices.
• Understanding of game design principles, user experience, and player engagement.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile or iterative development workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Game Development, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Previous shipped game projects or portfolio demonstrating Unity work is highly beneficial.
