Job summary

The University of Management and Technology (UMT) invites applications for its Future Leaders Program 2026, a 12-month Management Trainee Officer track designed to develop high-potential graduates into future leaders. About the Program

Selected trainees will gain hands-on exposure across departments, work closely with senior executives, and take on a capstone project by the end of the program.
