Job summary

The University of Management and Technology (UMT) invites applications for its Future Leaders Program 2026, a 12-month Management Trainee Officer track designed to develop high-potential graduates into future leaders. Trainees will rotate across departments, work with senior executives, and undertake a capstone project to demonstrate applied learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized institution.
• CGPA 3.75 or higher required.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership potential
• Willingness to rotate across departments
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
