Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience required or preferred.
• Strong educational background related to business or textile sectors.
• Willingness to participate in structured rotations across departments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured rotations across Sales, HR, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Support department managers with daily administrative tasks and workflow improvements.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to generate reports for decision-making.
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring company projects and initiatives.
• Shadow senior management to observe leadership and decision-making practices.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose recommendations to optimize workflows and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for data-driven communications.
• Demonstrate time management and problem-solving skills to handle multiple tasks.
• Maintain a motivated and adaptable mindset in a fast-paced textile environment.
