Job description

• Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes for web and mobile apps.
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
• Design visually appealing and user-friendly layouts consistent with brand guidelines.
• Work with developers to ensure design fidelity and feasibility.
• Conduct user research, surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
• Analyze user behavior and pain points to inform design decisions.
• Create personas, journey maps, and task flows based on research insights.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements.
• Present design ideas and rationale to internal teams and executives.
• Participate in agile/scrum meetings and contribute to product planning.
• Maintain and contribute to a scalable design system and component library.
• Ensure consistent UX patterns and visual styles across the product suite.
• Use design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve user experiences.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficient with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
• Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS (not required to code, but good to understand)
