We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and lead the design efforts for our mobile applications. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for our mobile platforms. Your primary focus will be on designing engaging user experiences that enhance user satisfaction and drive customer retention. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant and functional design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing user interfaces for mobile applications, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to iterate and improve the user experience.
• Collaborating with product managers and developers to understand business requirements and technical constraints, and translate them into design solutions.
• Creating user personas, user flows, and journey maps to effectively communicate design ideas and user interactions.
• Ensuring consistency in design across all platforms and devices, while adhering to brand guidelines and best practices.
• Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design patterns to continually improve the quality of our products.
• Working closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design assets and maintain design integrity throughout the development process.
• Advocating for the user throughout the design process and championing a user-centric approach to product development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile app design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of mobile design principles, including iOS and Android platform guidelines.
• Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and prototyping techniques.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
