Qualifications

• Clear spoken English and confident business communication with international prospects.
• Sales prospecting, lead qualification, persuasive service presentations, and objection handling.
• Follow-up and relationship-building throughout the customer acquisition process.
• Understanding of truck dispatching, freight movement, and basic logistics operations.
• Ability to identify customer needs and relay relevant details accurately to operations colleagues.
• Organized record-keeping for leads, client conversations, and follow-up actions.
• Professional telephone and campaign communication skills, ideally gained on a USA or UK campaign.
• Self-motivation, target orientation, resilience, and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Generate quality leads through outbound calling and prospecting.
