Job summary

Prime System Solutions is seeking a Treasury Coordinator to support daily cash operations, monitor cash activity, maintain transaction records, and assist with reconciliations and cash reporting.

The role collaborates with Finance and cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies, uphold internal controls, and contribute to timely closing and cash planning in a fast-paced environment in Lahore.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in cash operations, treasury, accounting, banking, or a related financial function preferred.
• Working knowledge of cash transactions, account reconciliations, and basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash activity and maintain accurate records of receipts, disbursements, transfers, and other cash transactions.
• Prepare bank and cash account reconciliations, investigate variances, and support timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Assist with cash position reporting and provide organized information for short-term cash planning.
• Maintain supporting documentation for cash transactions, reconciliations, and Finance records.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and other teams to resolve transaction-related queries.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparation of cash account schedules and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies related to cash handling, banking activities, and financial documentation.
• Assist with audit requests by gathering accurate and complete supporting documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve cash processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Communicate exceptions, unresolved discrepancies, and potential risks to the Controller or relevant Finance leadership.
• Support additional Finance projects and perform other related duties as assigned.
