Job summary

Prime System Solutions is seeking a Treasury Coordinator to support daily cash operations, maintain records, and assist with reconciliations and reporting. The role requires 3-5 years of experience and an associate degree in a related field.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams, ensure internal controls, and help drive efficiency in cash processes while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in cash operations or related financial function.
• Working knowledge of cash transactions and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn financial systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Discretion with confidential financial information.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash activity and maintain records of receipts, disbursements, transfers.
• Prepare bank and cash reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Assist with cash position reporting and short-term cash planning.
• Maintain documentation for cash transactions and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with Accounting teams to resolve queries.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities for cash schedules.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Assist with audit requests and provide supporting documentation.
• Identify improvements to cash processes and reporting accuracy.
• Communicate discrepancies and risks to Finance leadership.
• Support other Finance projects as assigned.
