Job summary

METRO France in Pakistan operates multiple wholesale centers and seeks a Treasury professional to manage day-to-day treasury operations, payments, reconciliations and related treasury postings. The role requires 3+ years in treasury or accounting in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include handling foreign currency remittance, bank coordination and supporting internal and external audits. Strong SAP and MS Office skills are desirable for this position based in Lahore.

Qualifications

• Degree in commerce or finance with relevant treasury experience.
• 3+ years in treasury, finance or accounting roles.
• Professional credentials (ICMA/ ACCA/ MBA) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute day to day treasury operations and financial record keeping.
• Manage Trade/Non-Trade payments and bank postings.
• Reconcile bank accounts and coordinate for signatory updates.
• Handle treasury postings including charges and transfers.
• Oversee foreign currency remittance and payments.
• Assist audits and treasury-related processes.

Job Description

• Execute day to day treasury operations, accounting and financial record keeping
• Manage Trade/Non-Trade payments
• Reconcile bank accounts, payments
• Coordinate for bank account, BR and authorized signatory update
• Manage treasury accounting postings including bank charges, final settlements and fund transfers
• Handle foreign currency remittance and payments
• Reconciliation and booking of markup/interest
• Petty cash & Utility bills reimbursements
• Manage Bank guarantees including issuance/renewal/release
• Support internal and external audits
• Manage other treasury related operations

Qualifications

B.COM / MBA/ ICMA/ ACCA for a reputed University with3 years or more relevant expereince in Treasury, Finance or Accounting
