Job summary

International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Pakistan invites a qualified consultant to design and deliver TIP/SOM capacity-building trainings over an eight-month period, aligning with national frameworks. The role requires fluent English and Urdu, strong facilitation, and experience coordinating with government and NGOs.

You will develop training modules, manuals, and assessments, lead workshops, and deliver final reports.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in capacity-building and training delivery related to trafficking in persons, smuggling of migrants, protection, or migration management.
• Demonstrated ability to develop training modules, manuals, and assessments.
• Strong facilitation, curriculum design, and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Design two TIP Coordination Committee workshops (2 days each) and six trainings (2 days each).
• Deliver training packages including manuals, presentations, exercises, and assessments.
• Provide final comprehensive report and knowledge products.
