Job summary

KTH Engineering offers a structured 6-month estimator training program for civil graduates, paid from day one. You will work on-site with our team at Wali Plaza, Garden Town, Gujranwala, on a live pipeline for US, Gulf and Pakistani clients, with senior review on every deliverable.

You will progress through competency milestones toward independent production work, gaining hands-on training in takeoffs and estimation tools, with company-sponsored software training and international exposure.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Civil Engineering (2024–2026 graduates preferred).
• Strong drawing-reading fundamentals from coursework or internship.
• Comfortable with Excel; fast, careful computer work.
• Genuine interest in estimation as a career — say why in your cover note.

About The Role

What you will actually do

A structured 6-month training program that turns strong civil graduates into production-ready estimators — paid from day one.

You will work on-site with our team at Wali Plaza, Garden Town, Gujranwala, on a live pipeline of projects for clients in the US, the Gulf and Pakistan. Every deliverable you produce goes through senior review before it ships — which means constant, specific feedback on your work from day one.
