Job summary

KTH Engineering in Gujranwala offers a structured 6-month training program that turns strong civil graduates into production-ready estimators. It is paid from day one and runs on-site at Wali Plaza, Garden Town, Gujranwala, with real projects for US, Gulf and Pakistan clients.

You will complete the estimator training curriculum, perform supervised takeoffs, assist senior estimators, and progress through competency milestones toward independent production work, all under regular senior review.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Civil Engineering; 2024–2026 graduates preferred.
• Strong drawing-reading fundamentals from coursework or internship.
• Comfortable with Excel; fast, careful computer work.
• Genuine interest in estimation — mention in cover note.

About the Role

What you will actually do

A structured 6-month training program that turns strong civil graduates into production-ready estimators — paid from day one.

You will work on-site with our team at Wali Plaza, Garden Town, Gujranwala, on a live pipeline of projects for clients in the US, the Gulf and Pakistan. Every deliverable you produce goes through senior review before it ships — which means constant, specific feedback on your work from day one.

• Perform supervised takeoffs with weekly review and feedback
• Assist senior estimators on live projects with defined scopes
• Progress through graded competency milestones toward independent production work

Requirements

• Strong drawing-reading fundamentals from coursework or internship
