Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in Business Administration or a related field.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Strong communication, coordination, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively within a team.
• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply; basic understanding of procurement and inventory management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and tracking Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
• Maintain inventory records and update stock reports using Excel.
• Monitor stock levels and identify replenishment needs.
• Collect vendor quotations, perform price comparisons, and support vendor coordination.
• Handle procurement and warehouse documentation such as Goods Received Notes, delivery notes, and issue records.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, vendors, and project sites to manage material requirements and deliveries.
• Prepare supply chain reports and support physical inventory counts.
• Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of all supply chain documents.
