• Support the procurement process by obtaining and comparing vendor quotations to aid decision-making.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier details, and procurement transactions.
• Monitor the progress of orders and follow up on pending deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materials.
• Help maintain inventory records and track material requirements to support production needs.
• Prepare routine reports and update procurement-related data regularly.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and procedures.
