Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and monitoring purchase requisitions and orders.
• Maintain inventory records and generate stock reports using Excel.
• Track stock levels and identify replenishment needs.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations and price comparisons.
• Handle procurement and warehouse documentation.
• Liaise with warehouse staff, suppliers, and project sites for timely deliveries.
• Prepare supply chain reports on inventory and purchasing status.
• Participate in stock verification and physical counts.
• Ensure proper filing of supply chain documents for audits.
