Job summary

People Perfect is seeking a Trade & Banking Executive to oversee end-to-end trade finance operations, including LC processing, import/export documentation, and bank coordination.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of hands-on experience in trade finance, strong organizational and reconciliation skills, and proficiency with MS Office and banking portals to support daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Process Letters of Credit (LC), including opening, amendment, and closure in coordination with banks.
• Prepare and manage import and export documentation in line with regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Handle contract payments and ensure timely, accurate processing in line with trade agreements.
• Prepare and verify shipment documentation to support smooth clearance and delivery.
• Complete import/export filings and ensure records are accurate and up to date. Coordinate with banks on trade finance transactions, queries, and documentation requirements.
• Perform reconciliations of trade finance accounts and transactions on a regular basis.
• Provide day-to-day support across trade finance activities to ensure smooth operations.
