Job summary

Titans Corporation is seeking a proactive TikTok Assistant to support our growing e-commerce operations in Karachi. This role focuses on managing our TikTok account, updating product listings, and coordinating with inventory to ensure accurate stock and pricing.

You will gain hands-on experience with Amazon Private Label, reporting, and marketplace workflows, with on-the-job guidance to help you develop skills in listings, order management, and customer support.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Amazon Private Label.
• 6 months - 1 year of experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with good attention to detail.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, reporting tools, and online systems.
• Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, product listings, and inventory updates (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage the TikTok account daily tasks.
• Create and maintain product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Monitor orders and coordinate with inventory to keep stock up-to-date.
• Support product research and listing ideas using knowledge of Amazon Private Label.
• Prepare basic sales, inventory, and performance reports.
• Keep account information and product records organized and current.
• Assist customers with inquiries, returns, and feedback as needed.
• Stay updated on TikTok policies, trends, and competitor activity to improve operations.
