Envision Horizons LLC is seeking a TikTok Shop Operations Coordinator to drive daily operations across client accounts and ensure listings stay compliant and healthy. You will collaborate with Account Managers, Amazon, Paid Social, Creative, and Affiliate teams to translate plans into organized execution.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, with a focus on TikTok Shop knowledge and social commerce expertise.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in e-commerce operations or digital marketing.
• At least 1 year hands-on TikTok Shop experience with Seller Center.
• Experience supporting product listings, catalog updates, inventory, promotions, or reporting within TikTok Shop.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace / Microsoft Office; familiarity with Asana and Slack is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily TikTok Shop operations for assigned brand accounts, including order fulfillment tracking, inventory sync monitoring, and violation resolution.
• Write and optimize PDP copy and imagery to meet TikTok Shop content and compliance standards.
• Monitor shop-health indicators, order performance, fulfillment metrics, and customer feedback; escalate issues to Account Manager.
• Assist with resolving listing, inventory, fulfillment, returns, and policy-related issues; track tickets and follow up.
• Maintain operational trackers for inventory, orders, listings updates, promotions, and issues.
• Ensure product information, creative assets, prices, and stock levels are accurate within TikTok Shop.
• Support SOPs and documentation of processes and recurring issues.
