Job summary

SeeBiz is hiring a TikTok Shop Account Executive to manage and grow our TikTok Shop business, driving sales through effective content, campaigns, and account management.

The role focuses on increasing sales, traffic, and conversion while coordinating with content creators, influencers, and affiliates to optimize listings, pricing, and campaigns. A strong background in social commerce and 2+ years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing TikTok Shop accounts or e-commerce stores.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, TikTok marketing, and social commerce.
• Proven experience in sales growth and account management.
• Experience with TikTok Ads, affiliates, influencers, and live shopping is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team-management abilities.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the TikTok Shop accounts and daily operations.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, traffic, and conversion.
• Coordinate with content creators, influencers, and affiliates.
• Plan and manage TikTok Shop campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Monitor sales, orders, advertising performance, and key account metrics.
• Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and content.
• Identify trends and opportunities to increase revenue.
• Coordinate with the content and digital marketing teams.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales/performance reports.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and timely resolution of account issues.
• Stay updated with TikTok Shop policies, trends, and best practices.
