Job summary

Desverto LLC is seeking a TikTok Shop Expert to lead marketplace growth for clients targeting the Pakistan market. Design and execute TikTok Shop strategies to drive product discovery, conversion, and revenue while aligning with client Amazon and brand objectives.

The role focuses on storefront setup, campaigns for launches and livestreams, and data-driven optimization across content formats and partnerships to maximize visibility and sales in Pakistan.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing TikTok Shop accounts or similar short-form commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of TikTok content formats, trends, and algorithmic drivers for organic and paid reach.
• Experience with livestream selling setup and in‑stream conversion tactics.
• E‑commerce operations experience: catalog setup, SKUs/variants, inventory coordination, order reconciliation, returns handling, pricing strategies, platform compliance.
• Comfortable with metrics: CTR, CVR, ROAS; Excel/Sheets, basic dashboarding and reporting; A/B testing experience.
• Ability to brief short video creatives; familiarity with simple editing tools is a plus.
• Client‑facing communication skills to present results and recommendations.
