Job summary

Grant Digital in Lahore is seeking a detail-oriented TikTok Shop Affiliate Operations Associate to help scale affiliate programmes across the UK, US and EU. This is an internal, non-client-facing role working with Account Managers and the Operations team.

You will review creator sample requests, manage targets, and maintain trackers, databases and performance updates, while communicating clearly in English and working independently.

Qualifications

• Previous TikTok Shop affiliate management experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to make consistent, accurate decisions.
• Strong organisational skills and confidence managing large volumes of information, trackers and databases.
• Strong written English and clear communication.
• Proactive, process-driven approach with ability to work independently.

We're a Global TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) managing high-growth beauty and consumer brands across the UK, US, and EU.

We're looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented TikTok Shop Affiliate Operations Associate to help scale affiliate programmes across multiple brands. This is an internal, non-client-facing role, working closely with our Account Managers and Operations team.

What you'll do

• Review creator sample requests and assess profiles against brand criteria
• Manage creator sampling targets while maintaining quality and consistency
• Build creator target lists and support outreach campaigns
• Monitor creator inboxes, respond to enquiries and escalade commercial opportunities to Account Managers
• Support creator community management and answer general creator queries
• Maintain affiliate trackers and creator databases, tracking performance and providing operational updates
• Work closely with Account Managers and the Operations team to keep affiliate programmes running smoothly.

What we're looking for

• Previous TikTok Shop affiliate management experience
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to make consistent, accurate decisions
