iGate is seeking an experienced Senior TikTok Marketing Executive to lead and scale our e-commerce marketing on TikTok. You will own TikTok Ads campaigns, drive Shop operations, and manage a growing affiliate network to boost online sales and revenue.

The role demands hands-on campaign management, strong collaboration with creative and merchandising teams, and constant adaptation to TikTok platform updates. Excellent English communication and budget oversight are essential.

Formación

• 3–4 years of relevant experience working with an e-commerce brand.
• Hands-on experience managing TikTok Ads campaigns.
• Practical experience with TikTok Shop and TikTok Affiliate marketing.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, campaign optimisation, and budget management.
• Experience working with creators, influencers, and affiliate partners.
• Ability to analyse campaign performance, sales, ROAS, CPA, and affiliate revenue.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate professionally with internal teams, creators, and external partners.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• TikTok Ads Management: Plan, launch, manage, and optimise TikTok ads for e-commerce sales.
• Monitor budgets, targeting, bidding, and performance to improve ROAS.
• Coordinate creative testing for video ads, creator content, and UGC.
• TikTok Shop Management: Manage product listings, catalogue optimisation, promotions, and merchandising.
• Monitor shop sales, availability, orders, and shop performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve visibility, conversions, and revenue.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth shop operations and customer experience.
• TikTok Affiliate Marketing: Develop and manage affiliate programmes to drive incremental sales.
• Identify, recruit, and manage creators, influencers, and affiliate partners.
• Coordinate campaigns, commissions, samples, and promotions.
• Track affiliate-generated sales and revenue.
• Build relationships with top creators for long-term revenue growth.
• Reporting and Collaboration: Prepare regular performance reports for Ads, Shop, and affiliates.
• Analyse results and recommend strategies to improve sales and efficiency.
• Collaborate with creative, e-commerce, merchandising, and operations teams.
• Stay updated on TikTok features, trends, and affiliate opportunities.
