Job summary

Sadiq Interlinings Pvt Ltd in Gujranwala is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager / Manager to oversee textile pretreatment operations at our facility. The role involves supervising daily processes, ensuring fabric quality and guiding production teams.

You will manage pretreatment planning, coordinate with quality control and maintenance, implement process improvements, and support audits and certifications while maintaining safety and production records.

Qualifications

• 8–9 years of experience in textile pretreatment.
• Degree in Textile Engineering or Chemical Engineering preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pretreatment processes and process control.
• Experience in team supervision and operational management.
• Excellent troubleshooting and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with OEKO TEX or similar standards is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pretreatment operations for fusible interlining production.
• Supervise pretreatment staff and ensure safety, quality, and records.
• Plan daily activities and coordinate across production teams.
• Monitor process parameters, chemical usage, and fabric quality.
• Collaborate with QA and maintenance; implement improvements.
• Support audits, certifications and training of staff.
