Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong B2B sales and negotiation experience.
• Experience in textile sourcing, brokerage, or export/import.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• On-site in Lahore and ability to manage multiple projects to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international textile markets (dyed division).
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers and suppliers; negotiate terms for profitable deals.
• Conduct market research, generate leads, and prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
• Collaborate with sourcing, logistics and customer service teams; track performance metrics and report progress to leadership.
• Represent Rubatex Global at industry events and client meetings to strengthen market presence.
