Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Export Marketing, International Sales, Textile Marketing, or Home Textile Merchandising.
• Proven experience working with UK and/or European buyers.
• Strong knowledge of FOB, CIF, EXW, and Incoterms.
• Strong business development, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute export sales strategies for UK & EU markets.
• Identify and acquire international buyers, importers, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and private-label customers.
• Generate qualified B2B opportunities and convert them into confirmed export orders.
• Build strong relationships with overseas buyers, buying houses, and sourcing companies.
• Manage buyer communication, quotations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
• Coordinate with production, merchandising, costing, quality, and logistics teams for successful order execution.
• Conduct market research and monitor customer requirements, pricing, and industry trends.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve agreed export-sales targets.
• Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business.
