Job summary

Schneider Electric in Pakistan seeks a field sales professional to drive services and solution sales across maintenance and modernization projects. You will build trusted relationships with customers, consultants, and channel partners while promoting MV/LV switchgear and PME/PSO offerings.

You will develop territory plans, pursue new opportunities, and coordinate with engineering and service teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling maintenance and digital energy solutions.
• Knowledge of electrical distribution equipment and systems.
• Ability to develop territory/account plans and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive services and solution sales growth in the assigned territory and renew existing service contracts.
• Identify new business opportunities across maintenance, modernization, and digital solutions.
• Develop territory/account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with end users, consultants, distributors, and partners.
• Promote Schneider Electric's MV/LV gear, distribution boards, MCCs, and PME/PSO solutions.
• Conduct site visits and basic audits to identify upgrade and service opportunities.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals aligned with customer needs.
