Job summary

Siemens invites an Executive Engineer-Project Management to Karachi, Pakistan, to coordinate project planning, resource allocation and ensure successful execution within budget and timeline. You will ensure customer-specific requirements, stakeholder management and on-site commissioning, with a focus on economic results and timely decisions.

A Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience are required, along with MV/LV switchgear and protection/automation knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in identifying and implementing cost savings measures within project
• Commitment to develop, drive, and manage projects in a highly competitive market
• Have Knowledge of Siemens Medium voltage, Low voltage switchgear along with Protection and automation schemes and components .

Responsibilities

• Coordinates overall planning of the project and may decide on allocation of resources.
• Is responsible for the overall successful execution of the (sub) project.
• Coordinates the project execution within the defined requirements (e.g. budget, time, functionality).
• Is responsible for the implementation of customer-specific requirements
• Ensures business success and satisfaction of the customer; ensures professional stakeholder management.
• Ensures timely decisions on open issues, escalating if necessary.
• Will coordinate agreed commissioning measures onsite.
• Maintains communication to customers, outside contractors or other (internal) stakeholders.
• Will monitor milestones and adherence to budgets.
• Will have responsibility for economic results.
• May have responsibility for testing of Protection Panels ,relays and implementing of Protection schemes on site.
